 Limitless Performing Arts Academy [LPAA] is a growing studio that is searching for a qualified, friendly, motivated, and passionate Theater Instructor to teach aspects of Musical Theater that include acting, basic musical dance steps, and possibly singing.

The Theater Instructor will help design and implement Limitless's curriculum and instruct ages 5 to 18 years old. The Instructor will collaborative with the Limitless Team and promote Limitless's performing arts educational environment.

Additional duties include attending performances, creating goals for the class as a whole and individual students, and creating a positive atmosphere for LPAA families.

Responsibilities:
1. Develops lesson plans using LPAA's curriculums to further education goals.
2. Implements lesson plans, structured activities, and appropriate scripts, songs, choreography, and costuming.
3. Effectively collaborates with staff and faculty to produce small- and large-scale learning and performing opportunities.
4. Provides hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences.
5. Maintains an organized, well-supplied, clean, and safe learning environment.
6. Knows and practices safety standards and policies and manages students accordingly.
7. Effectively manages class sizes of 5-12 students.
8. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with children and parents.
9. Attendance at and active participation in scheduled staff meetings.
10. Attendance at and active participation at scheduled LPAA events and performances.

Qualifications:
Education: Requires a level of knowledge normally acquired through a high school degree or above.

Experience: Theater/Acting/Musical Theater background. History working with children is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Must be exceptional in the ability to relate to children and parents; build a following of clients, and maintain rapport throughout extended public exposure. Must implement instruction under the guidelines of the Academy Director and Academy Manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
