2022-2023 Competition Team
MAMD's competition team is an award-winning company that was started in 1999. The Competition Team is under the guidance of Competition Director Skye Vogel.
Our competition team is for students who want:
- To grow as a dancer and individual
- To gain experience working in a team environment
- To participate in judged and competitive performance opportunities
- To build lasting friendships
Competition Team Information:
- Competition Meeting: April 15th , 2023, 12:30-2:00pm
- Competition Auditions (placements): May 20th, 2023. Call/email for times.
- Mandatory Choreography Days: June 23rd-25th
- Starting at age 5
- Everyone makes our Competition Team!
- Competition Rehearsals: Wednesdays
- Groups are required
- Solos, Duos/Trios are optional
Competition Dancer Members are required to take Ballet, Jazz, and Tumbling.
